[deploy]Update service host and version in configuration files

  • Change the saleService host from g-capacity-sale:8080 to 127.0.0.1:9000 in etc/config.yml.
  • Update the version for git.downtown8.com/srm/base/capacity-hrea in go.mod and go.sum to v1.0.0-202408131636.
